Gayleens Decadence Chocolate Spread
Chopped Dates or Raisins
Almond Sprinkles or crushed almond flakes (the almonds can be slightly roasted in a pan with a drizzle of honey and a pinch of salt as well)
Edible Cake Dust (I used silver)
Take one heaped teaspoon of spread, place copped dates or raisins on the inside and roll into a ball.
Coat your truffles immediately after shaping by rolling in almond sprinkles or crushed almond flakes till the whole ball is covered evenly
Finish off with edible cake dust
Place in a container to refrigerate for atleast a day before eating allowing the spread and almonds to set.
